岗位职责：

1. 负责审核原始凭证合法性、金额正确性及手续完备性；
2. 负责往来账、银行账的对账及日常财务工作；
3. 负责会计核算及监督，保证会计账务处理及时，会计核算信息真实完整；

编制会计报表，进行财务分析；

4. 编制财务预算及调整预算，对公司和子公司预算执行情况进行检查；
5. 负责公司及子公司会计核算的日常稽核工作，监督日常财务制度执行；

协调审计师会计年审工作；

6. 协助税务申报及其他临时安排工作；

     7. 负责和银行的对接，包括债券，固收市场的分析研究等其他投融资工作

资历要求：

良好的普通话沟通能力；会计、财务及相关专业学位获得者；有会计财务等相关工作经验者优先

熟悉香港、内地和国际会计准则；熟练使用办公软件和会计核算软件

工作地点：中环中银大厦

Responsibilities:

1. Handle vendor and commercial invoices

2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and accounting schedules  

3. Handle daily accounting operations in AR, AP & GL and month end closing

4. Prepare financial reports and financial analysis

5. Prepare financial budget, budget adjustment and monitor the progress

6. Responsible for internal audit of company and subsidiaries, supervise the implementation of financial rules and policies

7. Assist in annual audit

8. Assist in Tax return and any other ad-hoc duties as required

9. Assist in communicating with banks on fixed income, bond investment issues ect. Also including other financing and investing activities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance or other relevant disciplines

2. Related Accounting working experiences would be a plus

3. Familiar with Hong Kong, China and International Accounting Standards

4. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, experience in Kingdee system is an advantage, but not a must.

5. Good command in Maderin
