Job Description
Job Duties:
- Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes to support business growth and operations
- Responsible for handing fund administration and preparing related reports
- Monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations and coordinating with other departments for the finance related matters
- Provide timely and insightful analysis of various kinds reports and forecasts
- Analyse financial data and management reports for business planning purpose
- Manage and ensure the month end closing activities are timely and accurately prepared
- Lead a team to do stock takes(sometimes)
- Perform ad hoc projects and duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 years working experience in which 3 years or above of being a Supervisor
- Experience in operation workflow and various accounting systems administration is a definite advantage
- Strong in financial and management reporting; Experienced in financial analysis as well
- Proficiency in MS Office (with advanced level of Excel)
- Demonstrated strategic, creative and critical thinking skills
- Fast paced with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to deal with multiple parties
- Good command in English and Cantonese
