A listed company in Hong Kong is looking for suitable candidate:

Job Duties:

• Responsible for consolidation of holding company of a few subsidiaries companies
• Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounting records of a subsidiary company, including in updating account receivables and account payables.
• Regular financial and management reports as required.
• Assist in merger and acquisition exercises.

Requirements:

• HKICPA/ HKSA / ACCA students or qualified;
• At least 2-3 years accounting and or audit experience.
• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines and
• Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Office application;
• Responsible and can work independently;
• Self-motivated is a must and eager to learn supporting with good exposure;
• Honest and loyal to the company.
