Accounts Clerk (vacancy :2)Location: Lai Chi Kok

Job Duties:

  • Handle the daily operations of Accounts Department such as taking part in billing functions, prepare journals and vouchers
  • Manage accounts payable or receivable
  • Handle bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash
  • Participate in month end closing tasks
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above of accounting experiences is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

 

Accountant (vacancy :3)Location: Lai Chi Kok /Tai Po/Hung Hom

Candidate can choose either to be workplace

Job Duties:

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable in accordance with established work processes and controls
  • Prepare vouchers, cheques, e-banking transaction receipts
  • Perform reconciliations of ledger and statement balances including accounts receivable, accounts payable, BSP and others as required
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Daily review and analysis of customer ageing to provide appropriate follow-up with regards to overdue balances
  • Perform ad hoc duties or assignments as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • ACCA or HKICPA member
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • A minimum of  8 years’ working experience in accounting
  • CPA Firm experience is an advantage
  • Handle PRC account experience is an advantage
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
