Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions properly
• Resolve and verify invoice discrepancies and issues with other departments (problem solving)
• Prepare cheque payments and T/T payments
• Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing (included subsidiary company)
• Checking the invoices from vendor and aging schedule
• Checking the balance of consignment stock with customer
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in accounting or related discipline with LCC Higher
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting
• Having food and beverage accounting experience will be given priority
• Experience in SAP System is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Work independently with good communication skill
• Immediate availability is preferred
