Job Opening: Financial Accountant / Junior Accountant

Our client is a multinational technology company that produces and markets systems for the power conversion and storage of electrical power, including industrial batteries and electronics as well reserve power system to operators of telecommunications, data transmission and infrastructure computer systems.

Reporting Line

Finance Controller – Asia, Based in Shanghai

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate finance and management accounting reports
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivables
• Handle the inquiries and requests from internal and external auditors as well as annual tax filing
• Perform stock-taking from time to time, maintain the proper record of inventory transfer
• Support the Finance Controller of Asia to accomplish legal tasks for HK
• Assist in office administration duties assigned by regional manager

Requirement

• Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or other equivalent qualification
• 5 years of work experiences
• Initiative, independent, good interpersonal & organizing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP system is preferred
• Candidate with lower qualification / experience could also be considered for the position Junior accountant.
