KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare weekly/monthly group management reports and presentation to board of directors
• Perform financial and variance analysis on overall group and business units operating results
• Support annual budgeting and forecast process for consolidation and the entire group
• Assist in statutory financial information and supporting documents in compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Research and evaluate market conditions in Macau S.A.R.
• Conduct financial analysis on construction projects
• Ad hoc assignments as delegated by management

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduate, major in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines with CPA/ACCA qualification
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules and Hong Kong and United States of America financial reporting standards
• 4-5 years Hong Kong or United States of American listed companies or relevant experience
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft Dynamics AX system, Hyperion preferred
• Strong experience in Excel spreadsheets and working knowledge in PowerPoint is required
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented, hands-on, detail-minded, deadline driven and ability to work independently
