Job Description
MISSIONS:
Strategy:
• Act as a strategic HR partner to drive HR-related planning, staffing, compensation & benefits planning, succession planning, budgeting, training and development, compliance and performance management for the region
• Establish HR policies and procedures of overseas subsidiaries, review and supervise their implementation
• Build corporate culture and strengthen the cohesiveness of the staff
• Being a business partner to co-work with top management and division managers for HR issues and recommendations.
• Compile and understand HR data and statistics, gathering trends and using this to link to business development
Hands on operations:
• Manage onboarding details subject to local legal requirement
• Day-to-day operation management of HR activities in full function
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation and administration
• Oversee office administration including insurance management, renovation and procurement
• Handle, manage and submit monthly regular headcount reports to Paris HQ
• Ad Hoc projects where applicable
PROFILE:
• Degree holder in HRM, BA or other related discipline
• With 5-8 years relevant working experience gained from multinational companies
• Regional Human Resources experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge to local (and other APAC country) employment ordinance
• Analytical, self-initiative, good time management, task and result oriented, with strong problem-solving skill
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Foresight and able to show initiative/ ideas to constantly improve the HR service to the business
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
• Organized and flexible, can work independently and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills with good team spirit. Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with all levels of staff and team members from other parts of the business
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications such as MS office, Google suite
