Job description/responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks for several departments of the company
• Prepare LC/documentary credit, logistics paperwork
• Maintain and support customer relationships
• Gather and report accounting numbers
• Gather and report sales numbers

Requirements/skills:

• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
• Excellent computer (word processing, spreadsheets, windows OS, email) skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Competent in typing in Chinese
• Team player, willing to learn
• Needs to be extremely detail-oriented
• Pro-active, self-starter
• College degree preferred
