Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of company secretarial support for companies;
- Assist the group Company Secretary for all corporate documents and administration affair;
- Assist to organize clerical & administrative support on daily operation;
- Support HR matters when needed;
- Handle ad hoc projects as required;
- Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility & hard working.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in company secretarial practice;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of Insurance advantageous;
- Proficiency in MS office & Chinese word processing;
- Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn.
