Responsibilities:

• Perform full range of administrative duties for both office and medical aesthetic centers, including procurement of office supplies/ equipment/ drugs & medicine, inventory control & management, policies & procedures formulation, office security & safety, etc.
• Liaison with internal and external parties for procurement, replenishment and maintenance
• Assist in organizing corporate activities/ events such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, etc.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3 years or above administrative experience,preferably in retail/ FMCG/ beauty/ Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in handling mass procurement and inventory reporting is an advantage
• Experienced in B2B system
• Detail-oriented and numeric sensitive
• Flexible, good interpersonal skill and adaptable to fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
• Immediate available
