Requirement

-  Tertiary education with fluent English and has few years of working experience

-  Good presentation and communication skill

-  Able to capture the essential requirement of the executive search mandates assigned

-  Strong in database search and through various social networking channels to approach potential candidates

-  Personal attributes must be aggressive, persistent, hard working, resilient, and result driven

-  Passion to call potential candidates to introduce the job openings and eagerness to win

 Responsibilities

 -  Serve assigned banking and finance clients and their job openings

-  Understand the requirement of the openings

-  Execute the search from end to end including candidate sourcing to reporting duty

-  Map out the potential candidate call list from database and social medias

-  Call and sound out the potential candidates’ interest and present the up sideof the openings to candidates during interview process

-  Liaise with clients and candidates for interview arrangement, offer negotiation and follow up candidates after report duty

-  Build new clients relationship and grow new business

Our offer

-  We recruit mostly annual package $500,000 to $3 million candidates

-  The commission split is up to 50% of the individual billing of each successful placement
