Responsibilities:

Operation duties

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, arrange after sale documents for customers
• Setting up new customers / suppliers and maintaining records and relationships
• Entering supplier invoices into system, following up with collection dates and schedules
• Order co-ordination and liaison with overseas suppliers, customers and related parties to fulfill shipment
• Prepare inventory reports and update stock movement on system
• Track / update and monitor shipping

Administration duties

• Provide administrative support and conduct ad hoc clerical duties
• Send statement to customers
• Arrange cheque payment for expenses
• Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
• Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistic management / shipping / Business Studies will be an advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Good in MS office and Excel, Mac
• Good at negotiation & communication skills with suppliers
• Able to work independent, well organized and self-motivated
• Applicant must be available for immediate start
