Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy for building and growing the Loop’s ecosystem;
  • Identify and design service platform and offerings for the Loop;
  • Conduct related feasibility studies and develop execution plans;
  • Develop and implement the related policy, process, guidelines and IT systems for building and managing the ecosystem, service platforms and offerings;
  • Identify issues and recommend and deliver solutions to support other functions of HSITP;
  • Perform any other projects and tasks assigned by the Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, science, engineering or related discipline. Candidate with a Master Degree will be an advantage;
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Manager, Operations;
  • Strong skills and hands-on experience in operations planning and execution;
  • Deep insights into innovation and technology industry and trends, and operations and practices of innovation and technology parks globally;
  • Experience in working with Government or statutory bodies; 
  • Big-picture thinking;
  • Strong project management skills and experience in procuring services and managing vendors;
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Multi-tasking, ability to work under stress and meeting deadlines;
  • Passionate, independent, proactive and high standard of integrity;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
