Job Description

A reputable and well established Asia Hong Kong listed Conglomerate is looking for high calibre to fill in the following position: 

 

Assistant Training Development Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver in-house management & generic skills training programs for various levels of employees based on identified needs;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and launch various leadership and management development programs for management and talents;
  • Work closely with our key stakeholders including our employees, BUHRs, learning institutes, vendors and NGOs, etc.; 
  • Source and recommend high quality training vendors; coordinating for the execution of in-house training programs to meet expectations;
  • Supervise subordinates in organizing training, employee & community engagement related programs and tasks, handling daily processes & procedures, maintaining records and prepare training reports as required;
  • Assist in measuring effectiveness of various programs and activities to prove cost effectiveness and positive contributions to the company & employees;

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate, preferably in HR Management, Psychology or related Business Disciplines. Professional qualification in training design and delivery would be highly preferred;
  • 7-8 years' working experience in Learning & Development at sizable or multi-national companies of which at least 3 years at supervisory level. Training design and delivery experience is required;
  • Previous exposures to organizing staff activities or engagement programs would be an added advantage;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
  • Presentable & outgoing, with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Possess a positive mindset & work attitude;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;   

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
