HR Generalist- Leading Co-Working Space Provider 

Our client is a leading co-working service provider in China, Backed by renowned investors. They are now aggressively expanding in HK, and have already posted large sum of investment after C round, grown to cover over 160 locations in over 35 cities globally.

They are now seeking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, On and Off Boarding, Salary Benchmarking, Training, Performance Review, and other employee activities and relations
• Implement Human Resources Strategy in line with business plan; work closely with Group Office to build up protocol and procedures
• HR Operation tasks including annual taxation, visa application, MPF, insurance, and reimbursement. General Admin duties that includes office supplies procurement, office maintenance, meeting schedule, etc. 
• Cooperate with China teams to ensure smooth communication in cross countries

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of HR and Admin experience gained from Start Up environment, preferably
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related discipline.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & HR practice and regulations 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
