Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Conduct investigation on customer comments and complaints in accordance with the established complaint handling procedures
- Conduct verbal communications and prepare written reply to customer complaints
- Maintain a clear and comprehensive comment database
- Prepare monthly and quarterly complaint reports
- Assist Marketing Manager to identify potential issues/problems in operations proactively and suggest enhancement actions
- Perform related customer service duties as required
- Tele-sale technique will be essential
Job Requirments :
- F.5 or above with minimum 3-5 years retail CS experience will be consider priority
- To be responsible for handling customers' telephone & written enquiry and complaint;
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently without supervision
- A good team player with integrity, initiative, enthusiasm and customer focus
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing
