Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist sales team for all daily administrative and operation task
- Regular daily and monthly sales report punctual updating
- Coordinate with internal department for execution of daily sales order
- Regular call to key account stores for order taking and stock arrangement
- ad hoc sales related task will be assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma Holder
- Key account / General Trade sales coordination or administration experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Presentable, Team player, detail-minded, multi-tasking
- Good command in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
