Job Description:

  • Support sales administration for retail & wholesales
  • Follow up enquiries and orders from customers
  • Purchase orders follow up
  • Arrange logistics for deliveries
  • Prepare sales reports & statistics
  • Update inventory reports
  • Travel and meeting arrangement
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experiences in retail & wholesales operations & administrative support
  • Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Business relevant field
  • Well versed in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability
