Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll calculation, leave management, MPF administration and tax filing covering Hong Kong and Macau Operations
  • Manage the HRIS such as payroll, intranet portal and other employees related applications
  • Regularly communicate with colleagues to ensure payroll services are delivered in a professional and timely manner
  • Responsible for recruitment process
  • Compose and analyse recruitment statistical reports.
  • Conduct Orientation for new hires, probation survey and exit interview
  • Ensure the local HR processes and policies are compliant to local law requirement
  • Assist expatriate management and processing of work pass
  • Support general administration duties
  • Support company activities, meeting and appointment
  • Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report filing
  • Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, familiar with Employment Ordinance, Pension/MPF regulations
  • Experience in HRIS applications
  • Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy
  • Responsible, good problem solving & communication skills and able to work independently
  • Advanced user of MS Excel including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports
  • Good communication skills to enable reading of local legislation and updates
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese a must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills a definite advantage
