Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle process (including : jobs requirements, job posting, search and identify potential candidates through different channels, etc.).

• Interview and assess candidates base on internal hiring managers / company's requirements by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews.

• Work closely with HR team and across different departments to expand candidates pool, verify and update candidate information to database, etc.

• Prepare reports and relevant documents (such as : headcount reports, costing reports, recruitment progress reports, job channels responses reports, organizational charts, etc.).

• Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/and HR projects as assigned.
• Conduct exit interview of employees.
• Prepare visa applications

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year solid relevant experience in recruitment.

• Experience in visa application processing

• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong

• Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded.

• Ability to work under pressure and sensitive in managing deadlines.

• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  Chinese Word process is an advantage.

• Immediately Available is highly preferred.
