Job Description
Our client is a famous multinational technology company. In cope with their business expansion, they are seeking for Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant to join their Sales Team.
SALES COORDINATOR / SALES ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and orders
- Co-ordinate with internal & external parties for stock control and logistic arrangement
- Responsible for order replenishment and invoice preparation
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above, Degree in Business Administration / Marketing is an advantage
- 1-2 years sales coordinator / sales assistant or related experience
- Self initiative, responsible, strong interpersonal & good communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Fluent in Japanese is an advantage
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred
