Job Description:

• Handle and follow up order processing and logistics management e.g. shipment 
• Maintain effective communication with UK Supply team and Asia suppliers 
• Provide administration support to Logistics, Commercial & Quality teams 
• Assist on business development and other projects  

Requirements:

• F5 or above 
• Experience in processing orders independently  
• Experience in UK sourcing offices or similar trading companies is a distinct advantage 
• Knowledge on supply chain is an advantage 
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and handle ad hoc project 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel 
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 
• A good team player with proactive and positive attitude 
• Self-motivated, responsible, attentive to details, willing to learn
