Job Description
Our client is one of the global high-tech solutions provider, is currently looking for a high caliber Personal Assistant to support the Regional Director (European gentleman).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making, as well as doing research, data analysis, various business reports and correspondences.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare presentation and take minutes.
- Review and sort incoming mails/emails/correspondences and route them to the relevant functions.
- Coordinate and liaise with different internal parties included headquarter’s key personnel and
external parties included customers, vendors and suppliers. - Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information, as well as confidential information and document management.
- Support business development events and activities.
- Answer incoming calls and general enquiries for the Regional Director.
Job Requirements

Master Degree holder in economic, business administration, preferred but not compulsory

Over 3 years relevant experience, fresh graduate with good initiative will also be considered

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent interpersonal, coordinating and organizing skill

Smart, work independent, self-motivated

Pleasant, responsible, a good team player and is well organized

Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment

Willing to travel to overseas in a short notice
