Title : Contract Bank Officer - Private Banking client events / marketing communication

Responsibilities 

• Manage all private banking client events and value management initiatives within assigned marketing budget

• Coordinate with the Front office, Marketing Communications and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all events from end-to-end
• Responsible for invoice processing and assist in managing the marketing budget
• Conduct post-event results tracking to evaluate the effectiveness and maximise the marketing value
• Identify areas of improvement for future events and assist ongoing management updates
• Explore and recommend innovative ideas for more engaging and insightful client engagement
• Adhere to professional standards of behaviour and conduct in dealing with customers and fellow colleagues
• Comply with regulatory and internal security audit requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 solid years of event or agency marketing experience
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Excel & Powerpoint
