Our Client is The Global Luxury Skincare and Cosmetics Brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a < Assistant Retail Operation Manager > to join their fast-growing company.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations, formulate and implement operational strategies to maximize sales growth and brand objectives;
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales target;
• Work very closely with frontline staffs, provide performance evaluation and staff development plan;
• Involve in marketing and promotion events; from planning to implementation;
• Provide insightful sales and customer analysis and reports;
• Communicate with Retail Operation Manager and different departments to conduct the meetings;
• Perform inventory control and forecast stock replenishment;
• Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are well-implemented among retail stores.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Business or related-discipline
• Minimum 4 years related experience in Beauty Industry
• Excellent analytical capability and interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese
