Job Duties :

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Responsible for travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
• Screening phone calls, handle mails and other personal matters
• Occasional travelling to APAC region
• Non-office hour standby is required
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline(s)
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
• Good Communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Mature, well-organized, self-discipline and good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented in workflow processes and resolution
• Good in PC & Office Software skills
• Willing to travel
• Immediate available is a plus
• More experienced candidate would be considered as Executive Assistant
