Job Description
Job purpose
The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Klarity Group’s sales teams
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting general administrative duties within sales department
- Generate sales quotation and attend to any enquiries posted by customers
- Process of all incoming orders, invoicing for orders delivered
- Data entry & maintain proper filing, basic book-keeping
- Preparation of monthly various reports
- Participate in inventory movements and stock count
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Admin Assistant
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong initiative and able to work independently
