The incumbent is responsible to support the buying process by performing sales analysis and ensure that merchandise is properly and timely replenished to maximize sales opportunity.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Handle replenishment and transfers to and between stores
• Update stock delivery situation, stock on hand situation, sales reports on a regular basis
• Assist in preparing product training materials
• Input data for seasonal orders
• Compile ad hoc report and perform analysis
• Provide administrative support and follow up ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Fashion related disciplines
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent, detail orientated and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Passion about fashion
• Comfortable with numbers
