Directly reporting to the Head of Operation and Logistics, Asia Pacific, he/she will have the responsibility of the shipping and logistics for Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Australia, and India regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shipping document handling, SAP delivery cost input, CITES license application and follow up
• Import/Export customs declaration, incoming courier handling, office delivery handling
• Control daily operation and ensure a smooth process of import, export and on-time delivery 
  
• Daily update information in the system and report tracking
• Monitor 3PL warehouse in an effective manner
• Checking invoices, data entry and issue the purchase order
  
• Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies and order replacement

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder, preferred graduated in Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or forwarder company and previous experience in retail is preferable
• Good knowledge of customs clearance and import & export documents
• Knowledge of CITES license handling and SAP Retail is an advantage
  
• Strong teamwork and good interpersonal skills 
  
• Self-motivated in good planning
• Good knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
