We are now seeking a Human Resources potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:

Job Description

• Identify training needs, design, conduct training courses and activities for frontline staff of luxury retail business and evaluate training effectiveness;
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage overall training logistics, projects, and develop work plans; 
• Drive customer experience management initiatives, administer Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actions;
• Assist to instill Company culture and values to all the staff through staff communication events, different development programs and employee relations acitivities;
• Work closely with line managers to carry out performance management and develop solutions to close performance gaps; and
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of solid experience in training and development in retails industry
• With strong interest in designing and delivering talent development initiatives, preferably with experience in field coaching and production of e-learning materials
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A team player with a creative mind, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
