Responsibilities:

• Handle all kinds of Hong Kong in-bound visa applications, primarily visa extension and other visa applications;
• Analyze the application background and advise the clients for the strategy and approach to the application;
• Coordinate with the clients for the required documents preparation;
• Communicate with Hong Kong Immigration Department for the application progress;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned and back up Coordinator/Administrator upon request.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline; or diploma with 3 years’ experience in Immigration/Relocation services/Human Resources;
• Experience gained in Human Resources is an advantage;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must;
• Must be a good team player, mature, multi-tasking, client-oriented, well-organized, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong in Chinese word processing and using MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Less experience will be considered as Junior Consultant;
• Fresh graduate and IANG visa holder are also considered;
• Immediate availability is highly considered.
