Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the team;
  • Organize and manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries, expenses and coordinate related arrangement;
  • Prepare for meeting agenda, minutes, presentation materials, reports and follow-up after meetings;
  • Assist in accounting works and prepare monthly expenses reports/ accounting statements;
  • Provide onsite support to projects when necessary;
  • Assist and support in any ad hoc duties as assigned;

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in providing secretarial support to top management with experience from sizeable or multinational companies is preferable;
  • Good computer literacy in applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and proficiency in Putonghua;
  • Multi-tasking, proactive, well organized, logical with good business sense;
  • Travel to PRC will be required;
