We are seeking high caliber candidates for the position of Administrative Officer: 

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support as assigned by the supervisor;
• Answer phones, greets incoming customers and others;
• Assist in daily operation, including HR and accounting;
• Compile and filing regular accounting reports for management review;
• Develop and coordinate logistics for projects planned or contingency;
• Ensure accountable, timely and cost-effective to cope with company policy and procedures;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects or activities;

Requirements:

• Solid experience in office administration;
• Ability to organize well, attend to details and work independently under pressure;
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office;
• Highly motivated, strong initiative with good team spirit and positive attitude;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Relevant 2 years working experience is preferred;
• Immediately available or short notice is an advantage.
