Job Description
Our client, a global private equity firm is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and team support in cross team function
- Intensive calendar management incl. traveling schedule, meeting schedule arrangement
- Logistics and accommodations arrangement for management and the clients
- Travel expenses and claims handling
Requirements
- University graduate with solid experience in financial institute
- Fluent English and Mandarin in both spoken and written
- With at least 5 years experience working in a fast-pace environment and able to handle multi-tasking
- Good PC Skill incl. PPT and Excel and Calendar Management
- Good English & Chinese word processing
- Presentable, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasking
- Pro-active, flexible and able to catch up new task in a short time
