Duties and Responsibilities:

• Office Administrative duties
• Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required
• Mainland China trip is required
• Negotiation with partner companies
• Office workflow organization
• Meetings organization and translation
• Sending and receiving correspondence

Job requirements:

• Non-degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Administration or Business-related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experiences in Administration and Export Trade
• Experience in negotiation with first persons of big companies
• Proficient in English
• Cantonees and Mandarin (HSK 6 for Russian speaking) is a must
• Excellent Russian (for China citizens) is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing
• Well versed in HK & China labor ordinance and practice
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• A team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
• Experience in Telecom and gadget manufacturing is a plus
