Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for monitoring shipment schedule and up-to-date report weekly
• Working in trading company (knowing both import & export trade) or shipping company/forwarder company.
  
• Handle booking, shipment schedule and arrangement
• Manage inventory 

Requirements

• Dip or above
• with 3 years relevant experiences in shipping, supply chain, logistic
• With working experience in Japanese Company is highly prefer
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS office, especially with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Detail minded, able to work independently, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Immediately availability or short notice is an advantage
