Role and Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Executive Director
• Manage calendar and meeting schedules
• Administer travel arrangements including flights, hotel accommodations, visa applications, payments, etc.
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally
• Supervise drivers and handle personal affairs
• Perform special and ad hoc assignments

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Diploma with formal secretarial/ business administrative training or degree holder
• At least 5 years of relevant experience serving top executives
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic, meticulous, well organized and able to multi task under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
