Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Perform monthly payroll, movement, MPF and benefits administration.
• Participate in whole recruitment process.
• Assist in the data management and enhancement of HR system.
• Assist in HR Projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in property management or service industry.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Good PC skills with hands-on experience in HRMS.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
