Responsibilities:

• Provide policy administration for new policies, endorsements, renewals and reinsurance arrangement for life products with quality manner and within the service standard
• Handle enquiries on policy administration and underwriting issues from clients, intermediaries and internal team members in a quality and professional manner to achieve service excellence
• Assist team leader in reviewing work flow and preparing reports 

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, professional insurance qualification or having passed in IIQE Paper I & III is an advantage
• 1-2 years of working experience, ideally experience in life insurance or wealth management
• Experience in customer services or insurance policy administration is preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Fresh university graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available will be priority considered
