Our cilent, one of the leading technological companies is urgently seeking a high-calibre candidate to join their company.  The job description is as follows : -

Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree preferably in Law or Business related subject
• Possess some knowledge of Hong Kong Law
• 1-2 years of working experience in contract review and administration
• Prior working experience in telecommunications/ICT industry preferably
• Strong common sense, logical mind and good interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded and ability to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua

• Perform contract administration, including scanning, filing, preparing summary list and locating contracts from the contract database
• Contract review administration, including uploading of T&C revisions records, preparing T&C revision table and providing relevant administration support to legal team members
• Review and prepare simple contracts, such as NDAs, addenda and supplemental agreements
• Support legal team members verify the documents drafted/prepared
• Assist to liaise with various departments and business units so as to collect background information and requirements for various commercial contracts
• Conduct facts finding for dispute cases
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by his/her supervisors.
