Job Description

We are a listed Company in HKEX with substantial business in Mainland China and actively participating in property investment and development projects.  We sincerely invite high caliber to full in the following position.

 

Responsibilities:

Overall full spectrum and comprehensive human resources and Administrative service which including:-

For the HR aspects which including :

-  Staffing & placements which including of recruitment and selection process, screening candidates, interviewing, administering assessment tools and reference check

-  Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion.

-  Review and enhance the current HR and Admin system and processes to align with Company’s  business needs

-  Overseeing of Compensation & Benefits,

-  Review of individual job description for different level

-  Review, formulate and update the HR and Admin policy and the Employee Handbooks to ensure to align with Head Quarter needs and local legal requirement

-  Developed external and internal all-rounded training for different levels of employees which including on board program, orientation program, Cross department - functional  training and product training coordination

-  Coordinate and work closely with department heads for all appraisal performance management process

-  Administer and monitor of all leave application and record updated

For the Administration aspects which including :-

-  Office Renovation - Planning, control and coordinate with contractor and service provider

-  Office lease negotiation, office space planning and allocation .

-  Budget Planning and Control of office expenditure: purchases -  stationery and printings; company vehicle usage, courier, air freight and hotel booking, mobile phone usage

-  Handling of general insurance (e.g. Travel and Office Insurance)

-  Coordinate of Company Events and activities

Requirements:

-          Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant

-          Min 8 years Experience in HR Managerial Level and in sizeable organization

-          Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance and related practices

-          Self-driven, systematic, attentive to details and excellent communications skills

-          Good command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese

-          Good PC skills Word, Excel and Power Point

-          Knowledge of IT Assets management will be definitely an advantage
