Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle inward, outward remittance, daily cheque clearing, Time Deposit, and Account opening 
• Perform account opening process and system set up
• Customer deposits placement, renewal and withdrawal

• Perform account opening process and system set up
• Handle customer’s enquiry on payments and deposits transactions
• Perform inward/outward remittance, including data entry, document filing and record keeping
• Perform clerical duties including data input, filings and ad hoc reports, etc.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player with excellent customer services skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in using PC and MS Word & Excel
