Job Descriptions:

• Assist to formulate internal control procedures to enhance treasury monitoring.
• Assist to provide guidance to internal control team members on trading activities analysis.
• Coordinate and liaise with audit team members to ensure business and operations are conducted in accordance with relevant requirements.
• Review treasury business processes and procedure to ensure compliance with regulatory and Head Office’s relevant regulations.
• Review and manage trading authorities.
• Handle ad hoc assignments relating to internal control issues.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferable in Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in financial markets internal control.
• Qualification for Enhanced Competency Framework on Treasury Management is preferable.
• Good knowledge of the related business practice and principles.
• Excellent communication and people skills to work with others of different levels within the Bank.
• Be enthusiastic and able to work in a team environment.
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
• Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
