Key Responsibilities: 

• Understand commercial underwriting process and propose appropriate terms and conditions to both new and existing clients to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio across the APAC region.
• Provide technical support and share underwriting knowledge to the BU Level commercial underwriter and Sales team.
• Provide solution and professional advice to BU level commercial underwriter for new product and related projects.
• Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality by successfully renewing existing policies with proper pricing. 

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
• 8 years’ experience in account management and/or customer service a must, preferably on trade finance and trade credit insurance.
• Customer-driven with a passion to provide high quality customer services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Outgoing, highly energized and presentable.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in working for MNCs / a multicultural environment a definite advantage.
