HKEX's Listing Department conducts the day-to-day administration of the Listing Rules as part of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong's role as the front-line regulator of listed companies in Hong Kong.  Primary Market Information of the Listing Department is responsible for managing and enhancing the operations of Electronic Disclosures for issuer disclosure filings.  It also administers trading arrangements stemming from issuers’ corporate actions.  In addition, it is responsible for handling the operations of Disclosure of Interests filings as required by the SFC.  The successful candidate is expected to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in dissemination of issuers’ information and trading arrangements stemming from issuers’ corporate actions
• Handle enquiries from listed issuers on matters relating to the e-Submission System 
• Participate in UAT and system development projects
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other office administration

Job Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in well-established financial organization
• Good knowledge of the financial services industry and securities market operations
• Meticulous, attentive to details and able to maintain high level of accuracy 
• Conversant with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, experience in Excel macro is an advantage 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
• Require to work in shift rotation to support ESS hotline operations from 06:00 to 23:00
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer
