Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare of facility letter, loan and security documents
- Dispatch of credit facilities
- Perform credit limit control and ensure all credit terms and conditions are in compliance with credit approval as well as credit policy
- Prepare related reports for local and Head Office management
- Performing AML screening and CDD among the scope of work
- Perform user acceptance test for system implementation
- Ad hoc projects/matters
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year working experience in corporate credit administration
- With knowledge in banking practice and legal aspects
- Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferable
