SFC Type 6 Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager

Our Client, a well-established financial corporate is looking for a high caliber Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager to join their existing SFC licensed platform and be actively involved in their corporate finance related business activities.

Responsibilities

-          Advise clients on corporate finance related matters (e.g. IPO, M&A, capital restructuring, etc)

-          Handle the relevant documentation process

-          Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models　

-          Handle ad hoc projects as and when required

-          Supervise the work done by junior staff

Requirements

-          University Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Legal or related disciplines

-          SFC Type 6 Corporate Finance Representative license holder.

-          2-3 years corporate finance IPO & M&A experience.

-          Good understanding of SFC regulations and guidelines with relevant authorities.

-          Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

-          A team player who is organised, self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure

-          Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
