The Job:

• Handle account opening, customer enquiries and complaints
• Execute clients' orders and follow up margin calls
• Handle accounts and settlement service request from clients
• Promote Company's investment products and services
• Assist in branch office administration

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in dealing in securities
• At least 3 year's working experience gained in financial industry
• Good understanding of the securities market
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
