Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of bond issuances during the transaction cycle including liaising with Issuers, due diligence, preparation of bond documentation & roadshow materials and roadshow arrangements etc.
• Assist in liaising with clients, external parties and internal parties to complete necessary tasks in bond execution
• Establish good relationships with existing clients; make recommendations relating to fixed income products, bond trading and market research services, etc.
• Assist in developing a new institutional client list in China, Hong Kong and global markets
• Support DCM head to execute transactions/ pitch new clients for bond issuances in primary and secondary markets
• Participate in ad hoc project as assigned by the department head

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Finance or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in debt capital markets, bond markets, fixed income products, preferably with strong DCM transaction execution experience;
• Proven track record of working on successful deals
• Fluent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Self-motivated, good organization, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to continually learn.
